Hi, I’m Joanne. I teach teachers and I train trainers. Whether you are an educator who is looking for feedback on improving your instructional design or facilitation skills, or you are a manager or director who wants to enhance training in your organization, I can help.

I have over 20 years experience in designing and delivering learning, and still love to do it today – so my skills are current. I have been teaching others how to design powerful learning experiences – both online and face to face – since 2011. I am convinced that you can create outstanding learning in your teaching practice or organization, and nothing motivates me more than to celebrate success with you.

My undergrad is in psychology from Simon Fraser University, and my Master’s degree is from Royal Roads University – both located British Columbia, Canada. I have extensive experience working with both academic institutions and corporate organizations, designing and delivering learning – or teaching how to design and deliver learning.
